HSE and QA intentions

Viendo shall continue to have a work environment that:

• ensures everybody's safety, security and social working environment
• ensures that our clients’ requirements towards the services we provide are met in accordance with their expectations and the agreed terms
• secures the external environment against pollution and unnecessary constraint

   

  If the above interests for any reason contradict our responsibility towards the safety of personnel, then the personnel safety always has priority.

   

  Viendo strives to be a learning organization, all must accordingly report situations that may lead to accidents or damage, or that under slightly different circumstances could have such consequences. Everybody is encouraged to report any mis-happenings, also those caused by them self. This will not cause negative consequences for the employee, unless deliberate violations of regulations or severe neglect have been conducted.

   

  It is acceptable to make mistakes, but unacceptable not to learn from them.

   

  We work structured to improve within Health, Environment, Safety & Quality, the procedures, processes and instructions are tools to support this work. But it cannot replace common sense and understanding of the intentions behind the procedures. Before work commence, a risk assessment must be undertaken to evaluate whether the present risk is acceptable. An evaluation of what might go wrong and the possible consequences if it happens will prevent most accidents. The required tools for such assessments / evaluations are found in our QA-HSE system. Knowledge and competence must be maintained, this is a pillar in our HSE system.

   

  Ethical guidelines

  Viendo builds the internal and external cooperation and day to day work relations on respect and trust. Information about Viendo’s operations, customer relations and information we gain concerning our clients through the work we are doing for them, are not to be discussed with third parties.

   

  Viendo aims to perform our ethical standards in accordance to UN Global Compact with focus on fundamental principles in the areas of human rights, working conditions, the environment and anti- corruption.

   

  We shall not exchange gifts with our clients or sub-contractors that can be perceived as bribes. If you are offered such gifts and are in doubt if you can receive it, consult your manager.
